IAP Worldwide Services Inc. FISP is currently ISO9001:2000 certified.
Official ISO Report for the last assessment audit conducted in February 2008. The ISO Report is
available online.

If you have any comments, suggestions, compliments, or complaints regarding any of the services
IAP provides here at the National Training Center, feel free to call or e-mail Ms. Ledesma at
760-380-6788 or complete our online Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Our Customer Service Representative or a designated individual is available from 7:30am till 4:00pm
Monday through Friday. After these hours, our voice mail will record your name, number, and any message
you have. Our Customer Service Representative will return your at the first available moment. We are
dedicated to complete Customer Satisfaction!!

As a IAP World Services Inc. employee, you may have any comments, suggestions, or complaints regarding
any practices or policies in place at the FISP Project, we encourage you to call 760-380-7039.
Our Representative is on duty from 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. After these hours please
leave a message and your call be returned at the earliest convenience.
We encourage employees to call this hotline with constructive suggestions or criticisms that they may
have. The Employee Hotline Representative will make every effort to either find an answer to your
issue or put you in contact with someone who can provide you with the answer.
