IAP appreciates your military background and the experience you gained during your service. Your military experience is

Pre-emptive measures military personnel may take when planning their transition:
- Attend courses offered through the Transition Assistance Office
- Network with contacts who have transitioned or retired.
- Define private sector career possibilities and discuss these with potential hiring managers.
- Search the IAP website for applicable positions and apply accordingly online.
- Attend military career fairs where IAP is present to speak with our representatives about what we have to offer.
