IAP bids on the following Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) that are Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).
CECOM Rapid Response (CR2)
IAP is a subcontractor to Lockheed Martin under the CR2 program. CR2 is the U. S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Rapid Response Program. It is an eight year contract available to Department of Defense (DoD) and other Federal Agencies to provide rapid access to products and services to research, development, upgrade, install, fabricate, test, operate, maintain and support new and existing platforms, systems and subsystems.
Continental United States (CONUS) Support Base Services (CSBS)
CSBS Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contracts are designed to provide flexible capability to obtain Mobilization, Deployment and Demobilization services. IAP is a subcontractor to SRI on the CSBS contract. Headquarters, Installation Management Agency (IMA) initiated the CSBS contract to better sustain the total force by providing comprehensive PPP/PSP installation support to replace Reserve Component (RC) Soldiers and units formerly augmenting garrison staffs for mobilization, deployment and demobilization.
Field & Installation Readiness Support Team (FIRST)
IAP is a member of the CACI team as a subcontractor on the FIRST Program. The Mission of team CACI is to provide world class, best value logistics support to the Army Material Command, FORSCOM, IMCOM, Army Reserve Command, First and Third U.S. Army by employing extensive Task Order management experience. An effective and efficient team has been assembled which will maintain a customer focused, readiness-based philosophy.
The Human Resource (HR) Lifecycle Business Improvement Services Contracts for Personnel Support Services (PSS)
This IDIQ supports the United States Army for the full life cycle of non-personal personnel services to Defense communities. IAP provides support to the Army’s Human Resources programs and systems with a focus on personnel life-cycle support, well-being programs support, and various help desk support as it relates to the Army’s HR programs.
US ARMY Initial Outfitting and Transition Services (IOTS)
The Medical Command Initial Outfitting and Transition Services contract, which is administered through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, is designed to provide turnkey solutions for initial outfitting and transition assistance into new or remodeled military healthcare and medical-research facilities.
Through this contract, IAP offers a wide range of support services that can be contracted for separately or in combination, depending on the customers’ requirements. The task orders under this contract apply to CONUS and OCONUS locations and range in size from in-theatre military medical and dental facilities to full size inpatient hospitals
Naval Health Research Center Contractor Support Services (Omnibus 3)
The Army/Research, Development and Engineering Command is the contracting office for the Naval Health Research Center Contractor Support Services (Omnibus 2) contract. Omnibus 2 is a multiple award task order IDIQ contract awarded with one base year and 4 option years (2009 to 2014) with a contract ceiling of $20 million.
The vehicle includes project management, subject matter expertise (e.g., scientific, engineering or analytical), technical support (e.g., lab technician) and administration (e.g., clerk or fiscal). Services will support mainstream command functions and will not be performing R&D directly. Services include both on-site and off-site.
NOAA Professional, Scientific, And Technical Next Generation (SCI-TECH NG)
NOAA established this IDIQ contract to assist in achieving the objectives for Climate, Weather and Water, Oceans and Ecosystems, Commerce & Transportation and Mission Support across the NOAA enterprise. The IAP and Riverside team supports NOAA in its mission to enrich life through science. NOAA’s satellite analysis, weather forecast and climate service missions, as well as fisheries management, coastal restoration and marine commerce, enhance economic vitality and touch the life of every American. The five year contract covers a wide spectrum of objectives related to climate adaptation and mitigation, a weather ready nation, healthy oceans and resilient coastal communities and ecosystems.
Strategic Services Sourcing (S3)
S3 is a single, multiple award contract vehicle covering a broad range of lifecycle services. It is designed to efficiently meet the integrated engineering, business operations and logistics service needs of all C4ISR customers provided by the U.S. Army, Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) Acquisition Center, in coordination with the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) community.
TRICARE Evaluation, Analysis and Management Support (TEAMS)
The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity is the contracting office for TRICARE Evaluation, Analysis and Management Support (TEAMS) contract for the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs)/TRICARE Management Activity. TEAMS is a multi award task order IDIQ contract with one base year and nine option years. It was awarded in early 2009 and has the potential to last through 2018. The contract ceiling for TEAMS is $5 billion.
