Before Breaking Ground
Prior to construction, IAP partners with each customer to meet their urgent and often evolving needs. We have the ability to fully plug into existing infrastructure systems, work completely invisible to them or anything in between. We also provide a full range of design and engineering services, including: visual assessment; impact studies; master and regional planning; staging and phasing layout; 2D design; and 3D modeling and animation.
