Williams began his affiliation with Cerberus Capital, the majority owner of IAP, in early 2002 as CEO of an IT services company serving both government and commercial customers. Since then, he has also been an active participant in addressing operational issues in portfolio companies, leading operational due diligence for potentially acquired companies, and as director of four Cerberus companies, including Chairman of Multimax, an IT Services firm acquired by Harris Corporation in mid-2007. A 1970 graduate of St. Joseph's University, Philadelphia, PA, with a B.S. in Physics, Williams also holds an MSE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Temple University.
