Environmental, Safety & Health (ES&H) excellence is more than a priority at IAP – it is a fundamental value that is thoroughly entrenched in our culture and is inherent in every aspect of our operations. Our most important assets are our people and nothing is more important than providing them a safe environment in which to work. It’s an all-encompassing way of doing business that puts a safe workplace, employee well-being and environmental stewardship at the forefront of everything we do.
The only acceptable level of performance at IAP is to be Incident Free on all of our worksites each and every day. We believe that such performance is achievable with full commitment by each employee. The only projects we consider to be truly successful are those free from incident and resulting injuries or environmental damage. At IAP, ES&H is a value that cannot be compromised.
At IAP, we seek sustainable solutions to our own and our clients' business needs, balancing environmental, social and economic considerations. We engage employees, clients, partners, subcontractors, suppliers and communities where we work to achieve continual improvement in ES&H performance.

free mentality in their workplace.

ES&H factors in all

systems to integrate ES&H into everything we do.
- To provide products and services that have no undue environmental impact
and are safe in their intended use, efficient in their consumption of energy
and natural resources and can be recycled, reused or disposed of safely.

reflected in day-to-day operations.

clients, the general public, and applicable government agencies.
