Mission ZERO Campaign
Mission ZERO is the IAP safety campaign to celebrate the IAP commitment to an incident free work environment and reinforce our goal of zero incidents and injuries. Mission ZERO is symbolic of the IAP safety culture - a culture that is based on the belief that every incident and resulting injury is preventable. Every member of IAP management is committed to mission ZERO. Likewise, every employee is empowered and expected to make mission ZERO part of the daily work routine. If we all make a commitment to mission ZERO every day and before every task, we will be well on our way to realizing our incident free goal.
A fundamental element of mission ZERO is transforming the belief that safety is a priority into the philosophy that it is core value. What is the difference between a priority and a value? Simply put, priorities can be compromised and re-arranged in certain situations – values are never compromised and become such a part of our lives that we don’t have to remind ourselves about them. The IAP leadership holds safety as a core value and is dedicated to making mission ZERO a success.
