Williams |

Vice Chairman
and CEO

Michael S. Williams has been a member of the Board of Directors
since 2004 and assumed the duties of Chief Executive Officer and a
Vice Chairman of the Board of IAP effective January 18, 2008.
With more than 38 years of experience, Williams has served in a
variety of senior leadership positions in international commercial
markets as well as classified and civil government markets. From
1993 to 2001, he worked for Lockheed Martin, most recently as
President and General Manager of Lockheed's Systems and Technology
group. In that role, he managed an IT and communications business
providing both services and full systems, including the former
ComSat Laboratories in Clarksburg, Md., following Lockheed's
acquisition of ComSat.
From 1979 to 1993, he worked for General Electric. During that
period, he grew from managing engineering and program management
functions to general P&L management. He also served as Chief
Engineer in the 1980s for several large, high technology classified
businesses. He began his career at the Naval Air Development
Center, actively engaged in large-scale simulation, lab test, and
flight test of aeronautical, avionics, and weapon control systems
from 1968 to 1978.
Williams began his affiliation with Cerberus Capital, the majority
owner of IAP, in early 2002 as CEO of an IT services company
serving both government and commercial customers. Since then, he
has also been an active participant in addressing operational
issues in portfolio companies, leading operational due diligence
for potentially acquired companies, and as director of four
Cerberus companies, including Chairman of Multimax, an IT Services
firm acquired by Harris Corporation in mid-2007.
A 1970 graduate of St. Joseph's University, Philadelphia, PA, with
a B.S. in Physics, Williams also holds an MSE in Electrical
Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from
Temple University. He also authored a chapter in a graduate text
book entitled Space Mission Analysis & Design through three
editions from 1990-2000 and has given numerous technical and market
papers in international forums in Europe, Asia, Africa (Egypt), and
the United States.

Swindle |

President
 Dave
Swindle brings 30 years of senior leadership and program management
experience, including P&L responsibilities for federal and
commercial defense, aerospace, national security, intelligence,
homeland security, contingency operations, logistics and nuclear
industries.
Swindle is an internationally recognized expert on nuclear
safeguards and treaty verification. He currently serves as a senior
technical advisor to the Assistant to the Secretary of Defense for
Nuclear, Chemical and Biological Defense Programs. In September
2006, Mr. Swindle was appointed by the Secretary of the Army to the
Army Science Board for a three year term. In addition, Mr. Swindle
has served for 10 years following a congressional sponsorship and
appointment to the Department of Energy's Environmental Management
Advisory Board (EMAB), which advises the Assistant Secretary for
Environmental Management on policy and technical issues facing
cleanup of radioactive and DOE sites.
Prior to joining IAP, Swindle was Vice President, Business
Acquisition and National Security Programs and an Officer for
Kellogg Brown and Root. In this capacity, he was responsible for
the Government and Infrastructure Division's Business Development
Operations for KBR Americas, Asia-Pacific, Europe-Africa, and the
Middle East. Previous responsibilities include various assignments
as a Vice President for EG&G's Science and Engineering Division and
its affiliated companies from 1996 to 2002, and as Technical
Director for Martin Marietta Corporations' Energy Division during a
15 year career.
Swindle is a registered Professional Engineer in seven states. He
is a 1976 Graduate in Engineering Science from Tennessee
Technological University, and has a Masters Degree in Nuclear
Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State
University, and an M.B.A. in Industrial Management from the
University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Tennessee

Hamm |

Senior Vice
President, Operational Support and "Chief of Staff"
 Ed Hamm is the Senior Vice
President of Operations Support and Chief of Staff. He is responsible for the
executive leadership and management of the Corporate Operations Support Team
including Environmental, Safety and Health; Quality and Productivity; Information
Technology; Small Business; and Facilities and Travel. Prior to joining IAP, Ed was
Director of Corporate Management for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, and
he served as Chief Deputy to the Commander for all aspects of corporate
management. This assignment culminated his 30 years of commissioned service in
the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps.

Jennings |

Senior Vice
President, Chief Financial Officer
 James
Jennings is a highly accomplished finance expert in the
maintenance, engineering, and construction industry. Jennings was
with Fluor Corporation for 30 years, and most recently was CFO of
Williams Group International. He has also held senior level
leadership positions in the development, implementation, and
monitoring of accounting policies and procedures in addition to
working directly in project accounting in the United States and
internationally.

Clark |

Senior Vice
President, Strategic Initiatives
 Dwight
Clark has extensive experience in facilities programming, design,
construction, operations, and project management. He has more than
35 years of facility engineering and program successes, an in-depth
understanding of workforce and resources required to operate and
maintain infrastructure and facilities, and a broad perspective and
technical expertise gained from environmental and university
teaching experiences and working with foreign governments.
Clark completed 27 years of service with the Air Force and 9 years
in private industry including work with the Public Service Company
of New Mexico. He directed the implementation of the Air Force
Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP) and led RMS (Readiness
Management Support, LC) to the successful completion of more than
90 task orders at numerous worldwide locations and won the re-bid
of the AFCAP contract.

Brostrom |

Vice President,
General Counsel
 Kent
Brostrom possesses more that 30 years of legal, managerial and
military experience in large defense contracting firms and the U.S
Navy Supply Corps. At IAP, Brostrom oversees and manages the
company’s legal, contracts, and industrial security functions in
addition to serving the corporate secretary and ethics official.
He comes to IAP following more than twenty years of service to BAE
Systems, Inc. and its predecessor companies, most recently having
served as the senior legal counsel of the that company’s Technology
Solutions and Services sector. In that position, he provided legal
services for multiple business units and further served as the
sector’s ethics official. Brostrom started out his private sector
career having worked for Rockwell International Corp., based in
Anaheim, CA, supporting the development and production of undersea
weapons and related defense electronics programs.
In his military career, Brostrom served as a submarine qualified
officer and commanded overseas contracting installations that
supported active military theatre contingency operations during
Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. As a Navy Reserve
officer, he commanded the active duty and reserve military
components of the Naval Audit Service.

E. Dominy |

Government Affairs and External Relations
 Chuck
Dominy joined IAP in July 2005, after managing the Washington, D.C.
Government Affairs Office for Houston-based Halliburton Company, a
provider of energy services and products. Previously, Dominy served
a highly distinguished thirty-three year career in the U.S. Army,
retiring at the rank of Lieutenant General. During his tenure,
Dominy served as the Director of the Army Staff, where he was
responsible for the management and organization of the Army staff
and coordinated the activities of all agencies reporting to the
Chief of Staff. He also served as the Chief of Legislative Liaison
responsible for all Army activities related to the U.S. Congress.

Warhol |

Vice President,
Human Resources
 David B. Warhol brings more than 30 years of experience in executive
level human resources to IAP. At IAP, Warhol is responsible for
strategic planning, management and organizational development, staffing
requirements, labor relations and human resources systems development.
Prior to joining IAP, Warhol served as the Director of Staffing and
Workforce Development for Zachry Construction Corp. in San Antonio,
Texas. Previously, he was the Director for Americas Region Staffing and
Resource Development for all Halliburton Companies. Prior to that, he
served as the Global Human Resources Director for the Government
Services/Environmental/Civil Unit of Brown and Root, Inc., where he was
responsible for business acquisition, project support, and DCAA audit
response and defense, from a human resources perspective.
Warhol served in the 25th Infantry Division as a Platoon Sergeant in
Vietnam. He has a BBA in Organizational Behavior and Management from the
University of Houston.

FM Ops, Army/Air Force
 Dave
Toops provides executive leadership and overall business guidance
to IAP's U.S Army and Air Force contracts, where he is responsible
for all fiscal operations at these projects and participates in
customer partnering and strategic planning. Previously, Toops
served as Chief of the Army's Resource Integration Division, Office
of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management and as
a U.S. Army Garrison Commander culminating 27 years of commissioned
service.

FM Ops, Navy/Marine/Civilian
 Retired Rear Admiral Bob Phillips
provides executive leadership and overall business guidance to
IAP's Navy, Marine Corps, and Civilian Agency Facilities Management
Programs.
Phillips joined IAP in 2007 after a distinguished 32-year career in
the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps. Prior to his most recent role
as Commander of the military's elite fighting and construction
force, The NAVY SEABEES, he served as Deputy Director of the Ashore
Readiness Division on the Navy's Staff in Washington D.C. and as
the Vice Commander/Deputy Chief of Civil Engineers of Naval
Facilities Engineering Command. He commanded Naval Facilities
Engineering Command Europe, Southwest, and Atlantic Divisions as
well as 2nd Naval Construction Brigade, The Civil Engineer Corps
Officers School, and Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 5.
A registered Professional Engineer, Phillips received a Bachelor of
Science degree from the U.S. Naval Academy and a Master of Science
degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California,
Berkeley. Phillips is a graduate of the Industrial College of the
Armed Forces and the Executive Business Programs of Carnegie Mellon
and Chapel Hill.

Mitchell |

Professional and Technical Services
 Laura
Mitchell, Vice President, Professional and Technical Services, has
more than 24 years of information technology and operations
experience in government contracting. Mitchell is responsible for
day-to-day operations and leading the growth of the Professional
and Technical Services business for IAP's government clients
worldwide.
In 1990, Mitchell joined Johnson Controls World Services (JCWS),
which was later acquired by IAP. Over the years, she has served as
Director of Information Technology for the JCWS Federal Services
Division and later added responsibility for the Commercial
Facilities Management Division (Americas, Europe and Asia). She
most recently served for two years as Director of I.T. Facilities
Management (Global) and Building Controls (Americas) at Johnson
Controls, Inc. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

| Chuck
Vondra |

Vice President, Global Operations and Logistics-Irmo

Chuck Vondra provides executive leadership and overall business guidance to IAP's Global Operations and Logistics-Irmo, International and Domestic Programs.
Vondra joined IAP in 2006 after a distinguished 30-year career in the U.S. Army. His Army experience includes more than 10 years as a commander in logistics and contracting organizations, the last as the Commander and Principal Assistant Responsible for Contracting (PARC) for the Defense Contracting Command – Washington (Pentagon).
Immediately before joining IAP, Vondra was the Director for Operational Test and Evaluation, U.S. Special Operations Command, MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Fla. He established and led the Defense Contract Management Command activity in Saudi Arabia, a diplomatic assignment that included responsibility for the contract oversight of Foreign Military Sales programs in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Egypt, Bahrain and the Arabian Gulf. He also served as the Military Assistant to the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition Reform (Office of the Secretary of Defense).
A certified Department of Defense Acquisition Professional in Contracting and Program Management, Vondra received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He is a graduate of the U.S. Army War College, the Joint Service Staff College, and the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. He is an alumnus of the Executive Business Programs of the Darden School, University of Virginia and the Harvard Business School.

| Daniel
Barker |

Vice President,

Daniel J. Barker, who has more than 40 years of experience in various commercial and military
leadership and management positions, has worked for IAP since 1997. Barker spent 27 years
in the U.S. Air Force as a civil engineering officer, holding a variety of positions ranging
from engineering officer to major command civil engineer over a career that included three
overseas assignments.
After leaving the Air Force, Barker worked two years for Science Applications International
Corporation as a senior program manager developing markets and opportunities. In 1997,
he joined Readiness Management Support, which was later acquired by IAP. Barker's work has
included supervising and managing physical plant operations and maintenance; project design;
construction, design-build and real estate management; architect-engineer coordination; emergency
and contingency response support; and information technology applications.
He is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colo with a B.S. in Civil
Engineering and later acquired a M.S. in Facility Management. He is a commercial, instrument
rated pilot with more than 1,200 hours of pilot-in-command time.

| Peter Gleave |

Deputy Managing
Director, G3 Systems
 Peter S. Gleave, a Chartered Engineer with more
than 25 years of program and company management expertise, has
been promoted to Deputy Managing Director for Program Management
and Support Operations for G3 Systems Ltd., a wholly-owned
subsidiary of IAP Worldwide Services, Inc.
Gleave, who most recently worked on assignment for IAP in the
Middle East, will focus on improving G3's efficiency and
effectiveness with a concentration on G3's program management
and business systems and processes.
After leaving the Royal Navy in 1986, Gleave worked initially as
a project manager and latterly in management of several defence
and aerospace companies. In 1996, he co-founded Williams &
Gleave Company Ltd., an ISO 9001 accredited interim management
Company which was acquired by G3 in 2001. Gleave served on the
Board of Directors of G3 and as Operations Director from 2001 to
2006.
