Meet the IAP Board of Directors


As Chief Executive Officer and Director for IAP Worldwide Services, Terry DeRosa provides strategic leadership for the company’s 2,500 employees worldwide. Together with the Board of Directors and the Executive Management Team, Terry is responsible for establishing long-range corporate goals and implementing growth strategies. He was promoted to his current position in August 2017 after serving for three years as IAP’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Terry played a crucial role in the company’s turnaround subsequent to the restructuring of IAP in 2014. Under his financial direction, IAP has seen consistent growth, including the acquisition of two business units from DRS technologies in 2015.
Terry has more than 30 years of leadership experience in financial and operations management. Before joining IAP, Terry served as the CFO of Kestrel Enterprises, Inc., which was acquired by the Boeing Company in 2008. Prior to that, he was President of the largest business unit of DRS Technologies, Inc. Other experience includes EVP of operations at the Technology Applications and Service Company, and senior internal auditor and financial controller at United Technologies Corp.
Terry holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut, and a MBA (finance) from the University of Hartford.


Oversees ongoing business operations for all business units at IAP.
Previously, Rob served as IAP’s Vice President of National Security and Technology. Prior to IAP, he was the Vice President, Operations for the Boeing Company’s $85M Integrated Information Systems’ Kestrel Enterprises business; served in the Defense Intelligence Agency where he managed advanced technology initiatives for the Joint Chiefs of Staff’s Directorate for Intelligence; served at the National Security Council as the White House Situation Room’s Intelligence Analyst and Senior Duty Officer; and was the Department of Defense’s Deputy Defense Intelligence Officer for Global Trends and Projections.
Rob received a Bachelor of Science in International Business from American University, and a Master in Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University.


Responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing IAP’s global ethics and compliance program, corporate training initiatives, security, global trade compliance, and quality programs.
Prior to joining IAP, he served as Vice-President for the Training & Mentoring Business Area at DynCorp International, leading and managing NATO sponsored law enforcement and military training missions in Afghanistan and Iraq, as an international civilian police advisor in the United Nations Police Mission in Haiti, served in leadership positions supporting the UN International Police Task Force missions in Bosnia and Kosovo, managed start-up activities for protective security services in Afghanistan, Iraq, Israel, and Haiti and was responsible for operational management of rule-of-law programs in Palestine, Sudan, and Liberia


Responsible for corporate business development strategy, policies, and resources, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
Prior to IAP, Mark worked in a variety of business development and program operations roles at ManTech and QinetiQ. Mark is a 21-year Navy veteran, dual qualified in Submarine and Surface Warfare, and retired as a Limited Duty Officer Mustang Lieutenant. During his time in the Navy, Mark served in multiple overseas, shipboard, submarine, and staff assignments, supporting U.S. operations in the Gulf War, Kosovo Conflict, Operation Enduring Freedom, and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
