IAP is recognized as the U.S. Government’s go-to supplier for packaged ice, water, and emergency power. We address urgent requirements caused by natural and manmade disasters around the corner and in contingency environments in austere environments and remote locations across the globe. When an event happens, we are prepared 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year to perform for those in need.
Building and Infrastructure Assessments
After disaster strikes, we perform a thorough damage assessment. With more than 60 years of expertise in facility management and maintenance, we are well prepared to establish building baselines, assess the viability of structural and mechanical systems, and provide recommendations for repair and replacement.
Disaster Relief
Federal, state, and local governments depend on IAP for emergency support in devastated, remote, and hazardous locations. Whether hurricane relief or recovery in the aftermath of devastating tornados, our teams get communities back up and running with emergency power, water purification, as well as the rebuilding of critical infrastructure.
Emergency Medical Support
When medical services are needed in disaster areas, IAP sets up and operates modular medical facilities, clinics, operating rooms, and first aid stations. Our services include medical equipment maintenance, clinical waste management, and laundry. IAP’s life support experience and expertise is extensive, performing life support services for 100,000+ personnel during the last 10 years.
Emergency Power Services & Solutions
Our dedicated team of regional subcontractors restores power to police and fire stations, hospitals, and other critical facilities so local utility companies and emergency response teams can focus on citizens.
As a premier power provider, IAP supplies emergency power across the U.S. and around the globe. We have designed and constructed more than 600 megawatts of turnkey power plants and currently operate more than 265 megawatts in Afghanistan alone, demonstrating our understanding and experience in providing solutions that meet critical power challenges in austere environments.
For the past 15 years, IAP performed an important role for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, providing emergency power in response to weather-related and other disasters across the U.S.
Environmental Management Services
With years of experience operating and maintaining military facilities that use large amounts of fuel and chemicals, IAP knows how to handle environmental emergencies and hazardous waste spills. Our certified resources and systems mitigate further contamination and repair damage to the environment, executed in compliance with all government requirements.
