Our expertise provides a myriad of capabilities to assist in COVID‐19 responses immediately: Establishing Life Support Areas and Integrated Life Support Services, Containerized Systems, Professional Cleaning and Disinfection Services, Major Utility Systems Support, Electrical Transmission / Distribution / Power Generation (Emergency and Mobile), and Information Technology Solutions such as Distant Learning and Portable Secure/Mobile Communications & Computing Resources.
Our Integrated Life Support Services capabilities are proven and robust, delivering essential services on which people rely to function daily, and assuring access to the basic necessities of food, water, and shelter. Within these services, we tailor our offerings to meet your unique challenges. For COVID‐19, normalcies of food, water, and transportation have been greatly reduced. Supplies may be getting to some locations, but limitations and restrictions to daily movement hinders the ability to access them. Due to IAP’s experience and history operating critical logistics like this in austere locations and in support of national emergencies, we adapt and overcome the challenges of COVID‐19 and ensure the delivery of supplies and ancillary services.
IAP offers a range of solutions for shelter and medical facility needs. This includes expeditiously modifying facilities, such as hotels or public buildings, to be used for quarantine, hospital beds, communications, or command and control facilities. Since these are not purpose-built facilities, each solution presents unique challenges, from architectural standards and codes, to medical standards to limit infectious disease. Our expert teams work with you to determine the necessary modifications and standards which must be applied, to include infrastructure, electrical, water purifying, and HVAC modifications, all in compliance with governmental, state, and environmental standards. Being a total‐lifecycle‐solutions company, we work with you after the event to restore the space and facilities to their original purpose and ensure they are safe to return to normal operations. Services are provided in accordance with CDC Cleaning and Disinfection for Community Facilities guidelines and NAVMED COVID-19 General Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting for Non-Health Care Settings, to mitigate the spread of COVID‐19 or any infectious illness as appropriate.
IAP also provides Containerized Solutions, a hybrid system of soft and hard walled shelters. Our solutions offer layouts that follow all CDC guidelines for social distancing, infection disease quarantine, and disinfection. We provide complete Operational and Maintenance services in support of mobile operations, such as providing living quarters, toilet/shower, dining, and laundry facilities. Our personnel perform regularly COVID‐19 TOTAL‐LIFECYCLE‐SOLUTIONS scheduled cleanings, laundry and dining services, ensuring these facilities are up‐and‐running while being maintained to the highest sanitary conditions. ISO containers are part of the full lifecycle system provisioning, as well as a solution for storage and transport.
Electrical Transmission / Distribution / Power Generation Solutions. Our team is experienced in the logistics required to move power personnel and equipment where it is needed throughout the country and the world, whether it is running a new line to existing poles, or completely restoring electricity to specific grid areas. We have logistics in place with vendors to provide temporary power‐generating solutions and distribution services for immediate needs. In conjunction with our team of known, vetted subcontractors, we can successfully provide power to any type of structure, in any location, to meet any need.
IAP conducts training programs for many Government agencies. With CDC social distancing protocols in place, we quickly developed a variety of Distance Learning solutions and established several mechanisms to provide all required training. Our solutions include establishing WebEx accounts for all instructors, establishing drop‐boxes for both instructors and students to exchange required documentation, and the capability to share screen information during classroom discussions.
Mobile/Secure Communications & Infrastructure: IAP developed a stand‐alone Tactical Data Center (TDC) to establish and provide five different networks (and services) to large groups of people. Although originally designed for secure military networks, the TDC can be used to send sensitive HIPAA or HII data from the field (input/stored on a tablet) securely over local wireless/cellular providers (i.e., Verizon, AT&T) to a command post that is hosting the TDC, which provides access to larger networks (NIPR, SIPR, etc.). We are an NSA‐Approved Commercial Solutions for Classified Program (CSfC) Trusted Integrator. Our technology permits us to integrate and provide secure mobile solutions and can be adapted to the TDC and secure solution to any situation.
